Came west in search of health-lived in Albuquerque, Las Cruces,
Lakewood and Carlsbad. (Mother died in Carlsbad 1907) In 1908
he married Miss Myrtle KELTON of Corsicanna, Texas.
HOWELL, MR. ELIZABETH The mother of Charlie HOWELL died AA 9 AUG
at the home of her son in La Huerta on Monday at age of 72.

N.M. and buried on the Hill. Born 5 July 1824 at Demopolis,
Marengo County, Alabama. Married 1st, J. BRIETLING, who

22 February 1844 to Luther JOHNSON of Virginia, he died in
1893; 12 children were born to this union with 6 surviving.
